Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Refrigerant manifold gauge set
- Vacuum pump
- Leak detector
- Multimeter
- Tube cutter and bender

Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls), good airflow, and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring level placement. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface with vibration pads. Ensure proper clearance for airflow and service access.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units. Use proper insulation on suction line.
- Electrical Connections: Connect power wiring according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Connect Drain Line: Install condensate drain line with proper slope (minimum 1% grade) to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes. Charge with correct refrigerant type and amount.
- Test Operation: Run system through all modes (cooling, heating, fan) to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
