Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Utility knife

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near an electrical outlet on a solid wall, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Prepare Window Opening: Clean the window sill and ensure it is level and sturdy enough to support the air conditioner.
  3. Install Mounting Brackets: Secure the mounting brackets to the window sill according to the provided measurements.
  4. Place Air Conditioner: Carefully lift the unit and place it on the mounting brackets, ensuring it is centered and secure.
  5. Extend Side Panels: Extend the side panels to fill the window opening and secure them in place.
  6. Seal Gaps: Use the provided foam seal to close any gaps between the unit and window frame to prevent air leaks.
  7. Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 115V, 15A grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  8. Test Operation: Turn on the unit and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat settings.

Troubleshooting
