Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Multimeter
- Refrigerant manifold gauge set
- Vacuum pump
- Leak detector
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Insulation tape and sealant
Step-by-Step Installation
- Site Preparation: Select a location with proper clearance for airflow and service access, ensuring level foundation.
- Mounting Unit: Secure outdoor condenser unit on concrete pad or mounting brackets, indoor unit on wall or ceiling.
- Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units using proper brazing techniques.
- Electrical Connections: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper voltage (208-230V) and install disconnect switch within sight of unit.
- Drain Line Installation: Install condensate drain line with proper slope and trap to ensure proper drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, then charge with specified refrigerant type and amount.
- System Testing: Test heating and cooling modes, check temperature differentials, and verify proper operation.

Key Features
Inverter Technology
Variable speed compressor adjusts output to match heating/cooling demand, reducing energy consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional systems.
Heat Pump Operation
Provides both heating and cooling from a single system, reversing refrigerant flow to extract heat from outside air even in cold temperatures.
Smart Defrost System
Intelligent defrost cycle activates only when needed based on temperature and humidity sensors, maximizing efficiency in heating mode.
Air Purification
Multi-stage filtration system with HEPA filter, UV-C light, and ionizer removes 99.97% of airborne particles including allergens and bacteria.
Smart Control System
Wi-Fi enabled thermostat with smartphone app allows remote temperature control, scheduling, energy monitoring, and maintenance alerts.
Quiet Operation
Sound-dampening technology and variable speed fan motor provide whisper-quiet operation at 45 dB for indoor unit.
Operating Modes Explained
Cool Mode
Standard air conditioning operation with temperature range 64°F to 86°F
Heat Mode
Heat pump heating operation with temperature range 60°F to 86°F
Auto Mode
System automatically switches between heating and cooling based on room temperature
Dry Mode
Dehumidification without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions
Fan Mode
Circulates air without heating or cooling, with multiple speed settings
Eco Mode
Energy-saving operation with optimized temperature settings and fan speeds
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, tripped breaker, faulty thermostat | Check power supply, reset breaker, test thermostat batteries |
| Insufficient cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions |
| Unit freezing up | Low airflow, dirty coils, low refrigerant | Check filters and fans, clean coils, verify refrigerant level |
| Water leakage | Clogged drain line, improper slope, frozen evaporator | Clear drain line, ensure proper slope, check for ice buildup |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, failing motor, debris in fan | Tighten mounting hardware, inspect motors, clear fan area |
| Short cycling | Dirty filters, oversized unit, thermostat issues | Clean filters, verify proper sizing, check thermostat location |
