Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure minimum 30cm clearance on all sides.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units. Ensure all connections are tight and properly insulated.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit breaker installation.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump. Charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Power on the system and test all functions including cooling, heating, and fan modes.
