Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote battery dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling performance Dirty filters, low refrigerant, outdoor unit blocked Clean filters, check for refrigerant leaks, clear area around outdoor unit
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation angle Clear drain pipe, ensure proper installation slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten all screws, clear debris from fans, check mounting
Remote not working Battery issue, signal blocked, sensor problem Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor
Unit freezing up Dirty filters, low airflow, low outdoor temperature Clean filters, check fan operation, avoid use in very cold conditions
