Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Refrigerant manifold gauge set
  • Vacuum pump
  • Leak detector
  • Multimeter
  • Tube cutter and bender
  • Flaring tool set
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Site Preparation: Select installation location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mounting Bracket Installation: Securely install wall mounting bracket using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Indoor Unit Installation: Mount indoor unit on bracket, ensuring proper leveling for condensate drainage.
  4. Refrigerant Line Connection: Connect copper refrigerant lines using flare fittings, ensuring proper torque specifications.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply according to local electrical codes, ensuring proper grounding.
  6. Drain Line Installation: Install condensate drain line with proper slope (minimum 1% grade) and trap.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. System Testing: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and thermostat operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. Improper installation may cause equipment damage, personal injury, or void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Variable speed compressor adjusts cooling/heating output to match exact requirements, reducing energy consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional units.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Smart control via mobile app allows remote temperature adjustment, scheduling, energy monitoring, and system diagnostics from anywhere.

Multi-Stage Filtration

Four-stage filtration system including pre-filter, antibacterial filter, deodorizing filter, and HEPA filter for improved indoor air quality.

Auto Clean Function

Automatic coil drying prevents mold and bacteria growth by removing moisture from the heat exchanger after operation.

Quiet Operation

Specialized sound-dampening materials and optimized fan design provide ultra-quiet operation as low as 24 dB.

Self-Diagnosis System

Advanced diagnostic system detects and displays error codes for 32 different system conditions, simplifying troubleshooting.

Operating Modes Explained

Cool Mode

Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature and fan speed settings

Heat Mode

Heating operation with reverse cycle technology for efficient warmth

Dry Mode

Dehumidification without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Fan Mode

Air circulation only without cooling or heating, with multiple speed options

Auto Mode

Automatic selection of cooling or heating based on room temperature

Sleep Mode

Gradual temperature adjustment and reduced fan speed for comfortable sleep

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power supply issue, blown fuse, faulty remote Check circuit breaker, replace fuse, test remote batteries
Poor cooling performance Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked condenser Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear condenser area
Water leakage Clogged drain line, improper installation slope Clear drain line, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, compressor issues Tighten mounting hardware, clear debris, check compressor
Frozen evaporator coil Low airflow, low refrigerant, dirty filters Check fan operation, verify refrigerant charge, clean filters
Error codes displayed Sensor failure, communication error, system fault Refer to error code chart, check sensors and connections

Common Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
  • E2: Evaporator temperature sensor failure - Replace sensor if needed
  • E3: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E4: High pressure protection - Check condenser airflow and refrigerant
  • E5: Low pressure protection - Check for leaks and refrigerant charge
  • E6: Compressor overload - Check voltage and compressor condition
  • E7: Fan motor error - Check fan motor and capacitor
  • E8: Four-way valve error - Check valve operation and wiring
