Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Torque wrench
- Pipe cutter
- Flaring tool
- Level
- Drill with masonry bits
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls) and solid mounting surface for both indoor and outdoor units.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface with proper vibration pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare ends properly, and connect between indoor and outdoor units.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit breaker installation.
- Connect Drain Pipe: Install drain hose with proper slope (minimum 1cm per meter) to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Run system through all modes to check cooling, heating, and fan operations.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, tripped breaker, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling performance | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean filters, check for leaks, clear obstructions around units |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain line, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten mounting hardware, clean fan blades, check installation |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan malfunction | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean/replace filters, run self-cleaning cycle, clean drain pan |
