Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check for refrigerant leaks, clear obstructions
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting, clear debris, check for proper installation
Frozen coils Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote sensor

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor error - Check sensor connection
  • E2: Pipe temperature sensor error - Check sensor connection
  • E3: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • E4: High pressure protection - Check for blocked condenser
  • E5: Low pressure protection - Check for refrigerant leak
  • E6: Compressor overload - Allow unit to cool down
