Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Adjustable wrench
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall with proper clearance from obstructions and adequate drainage.
- Mount Installation Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill a hole through the wall for refrigerant lines, drainage pipe, and electrical wiring.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Drainage Setup: Install drainage hose with proper slope to ensure water flows away from the unit.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines using a vacuum pump and charge with appropriate refrigerant.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean filters, check for refrigerant leaks, clear obstructions |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten mounting, clear debris, check for proper installation |
| Frozen coils | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow |
| Remote not working | Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote sensor |
