Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Level
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Prepare Wall Opening: Cut a hole in the wall for the refrigerant lines, drain hose, and electrical wiring according to specifications.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the indoor and outdoor units with copper refrigerant lines, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 220V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Drainage Setup: Install the condensate drain hose with proper slope away from the unit to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from the system using a vacuum pump, then charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten components, clear debris, check mounting stability |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan malfunction | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
