Tools Needed:
- Refrigeration manifold gauge set
- Vacuum pump

Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, level floor.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using proper flaring techniques. Ensure connections are airtight.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit breaker installation.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified refrigerant type and quantity.
- Test Run: Power on system and test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and thermostat operation.
