Split Hi Wall System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper ventilation (minimum 30cm clearance on all sides).
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and no leaks.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1% gradient) for effective condensation drainage.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from system using vacuum pump, then charge with refrigerant as specified.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.
