Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Refrigerant manifold gauge set
  • Vacuum pump
  • Tubing cutter and bender
  • Leak detector
  • Multimeter
  • Torque wrench set
  • Insulation materials

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Site Preparation: Select appropriate location for outdoor unit with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls) and indoor unit placement considering airflow and drainage.
  2. Mounting Brackets: Install wall mounting brackets for indoor unit using level and secure with appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Refrigerant Line Installation: Connect copper refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on suction line to prevent condensation.
  4. Electrical Connections: Connect power supply to outdoor unit disconnect box and indoor unit terminal block following local electrical codes.
  5. Drain Line Installation: Install condensate drain line with proper slope (minimum 1% grade) and route to appropriate drainage point.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. System Testing: Test all modes (cooling, heating, fan), check temperature differential, verify proper drainage and airflow.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. Improper installation can cause equipment damage, reduced efficiency, and void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts speed continuously to maintain precise temperature control, reducing energy consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional systems.

Multi-Stage Filtration

Four-stage filtration system including pre-filter, antibacterial filter, deodorizing filter, and HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns.

Wi-Fi Smart Control

Connect to home automation systems via Wi-Fi for remote control, scheduling, energy monitoring, and maintenance alerts through dedicated smartphone application.

Self-Cleaning Function

Automatic evaporator coil cleaning function prevents mold and bacteria growth by drying the coil after each operation cycle, maintaining optimal performance and air quality.

Quiet Operation

Specialized sound-dampening materials and optimized fan blade design reduce operational noise to as low as 19 dB in sleep mode for undisturbed comfort.

Wide Temperature Range

Operates efficiently in extreme conditions with cooling capacity maintained down to -15°C outdoor temperature and heating capacity effective down to -25°C.

Operating Modes Explained

Cool Mode

Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature setpoint from 16°C to 30°C

Heat Mode

Heating operation with defrost cycle for winter conditions, range 16°C to 30°C

Dry Mode

Dehumidification without significant temperature change for humid conditions

Fan Mode

Air circulation only with multiple speed settings (Low, Medium, High, Auto)

Auto Mode

System automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for optimal sleeping conditions

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power supply issue, tripped breaker, faulty remote Check power at outlet, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating performance Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions
Water leakage from indoor unit Clogged drain line, improper installation slope Clear drain line, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, worn bearings Tighten mounting hardware, clean fan blades, inspect motor bearings
Frozen evaporator coil Low airflow, low refrigerant, dirty coil Check filters and fan, verify refrigerant charge, clean coil
Frequent cycling Oversized unit, thermostat issues, dirty condenser Verify proper sizing, check thermostat calibration, clean outdoor unit

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection and resistance
  • E2: Evaporator coil sensor failure - Inspect coil sensor wiring
  • E3: Condenser temperature sensor failure - Check outdoor unit sensor
  • E4: Communication error between units - Verify wiring connections
  • E5: Overcurrent protection - Check compressor and fan motors
  • E6: High pressure protection - Clean condenser, check refrigerant charge
  • E7: Low pressure protection - Check for leaks, verify charge
  • E8: Compressor overload - Allow system to cool, check voltage
