Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Tubing cutter and flaring tool
- Torque wrench
- Multimeter
- Level
- Drill with hole saw attachment
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support for outdoor unit.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Leave space for air circulation and maintenance access.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface or mounting brackets. Ensure proper clearance for airflow and service access.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare ends properly, and connect indoor and outdoor units. Ensure all connections are airtight.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and use correct circuit breaker size.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified amount of R32/R410A refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation, check for leaks, and ensure correct temperature output.
