Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Tubing cutter and flaring tool
  • Torque wrench
  • Multimeter
  • Level
  • Drill with hole saw attachment

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support for outdoor unit.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Leave space for air circulation and maintenance access.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place on stable, level surface or mounting brackets. Ensure proper clearance for airflow and service access.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare ends properly, and connect indoor and outdoor units. Ensure all connections are airtight.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and use correct circuit breaker size.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified amount of R32/R410A refrigerant.
  7. Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation, check for leaks, and ensure correct temperature output.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technician. Improper installation may cause equipment damage, reduced efficiency, or safety hazards.
