Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Voltage tester
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm on all sides), away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Prepare Mounting Surface: Ensure wall is strong enough to support unit weight (minimum 150kg capacity).
- Install Mounting Plate: Secure mounting plate to wall using provided hardware, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Create Wall Opening: Cut appropriate hole in wall for refrigerant lines and drainage (typically 70mm diameter).
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on suction line.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper breaker (typically 20A, 220V). Follow local electrical codes.
- Drainage Connection: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1cm per meter) to ensure proper water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump for minimum 15 minutes, then release refrigerant charge.
- Test Operation: Run unit in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, tripped breaker, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked vents, low refrigerant, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check refrigerant level |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain line, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator | Clear drain line, ensure proper slope, check for ice buildup |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, compressor issues | Tighten mounting hardware, clear debris, contact technician |
| Frozen evaporator coil | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issues | Replace batteries, clear line of sight, check sensor |
