Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Tape measure
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location on an interior wall, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with proper clearance for airflow.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a hole through the wall for refrigerant piping, drainage hose, and electrical wiring.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation.
- Connect Drainage Hose: Route the drainage hose with a downward slope to ensure proper water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz, dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using a vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope of drainage |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten components, clean fan blades, check for ice formation |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, distance too far | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, stay within 7 meters |
| Unit turns on/off frequently | Dirty filters, thermostat location, incorrect sizing | Clean filters, relocate thermostat, verify proper unit capacity |
