Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Tape measure
- Level
- Utility knife
- Caulking gun
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near an electrical outlet, with proper wall support and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Prepare Window Opening: Measure and prepare the window opening according to the unit dimensions. Ensure the window sill is clean and level.
- Install Mounting Brackets: Secure the mounting brackets to the window sill using provided screws and ensure they are level.
- Place Air Conditioner: Carefully lift the air conditioner and place it on the mounting brackets. Have assistance for heavier units.
- Extend Side Panels: Extend the side panels to fill the window opening gaps and secure them in place.
- Seal Gaps: Use weather stripping or foam insulation to seal any gaps between the unit and window frame to prevent air leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 115V, 15A grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Test Operation: Turn on the unit and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat settings.

Key Features
Energy Star Certified
Meets strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the EPA, reducing energy consumption and saving on electricity bills while being environmentally friendly.
Digital Temperature Control
Precise digital thermostat allows you to set your desired temperature with 1°F increments for optimal comfort and energy savings.
Multi-Speed Fan
Three fan speeds (High, Medium, Low) plus an Auto mode that automatically adjusts fan speed based on cooling needs for maximum efficiency.
Sleep Mode
Automatically adjusts temperature throughout the night for comfortable sleeping while saving energy. Fan operates at lowest speed for quiet operation.
Washable Air Filter
Easy-to-clean mesh filter captures dust, pollen, and other airborne particles. Filter alert reminds you when cleaning is needed.
Auto Restart
In case of power interruption, the unit automatically resumes operation with previous settings once power is restored.
Operating Modes Explained
Cool Mode
Standard cooling operation with temperature control and adjustable fan speeds for regular cooling needs
Energy Saver
Fan runs only when cooling is needed, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% compared to standard operation
Fan Only
Circulates air without cooling, perfect for mild days or improving air circulation in the room
Dry Mode
Reduces humidity in the room by running the compressor intermittently while the fan runs continuously
Auto Mode
Unit automatically selects cooling or fan-only operation based on room temperature for optimal comfort
Sleep Mode
Gradually increases temperature overnight for comfortable sleeping while minimizing noise and energy use
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, thermostat setting | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, adjust thermostat setting |
| Poor cooling performance | Dirty filter, room too large, outdoor temperature extreme | Clean air filter, ensure proper room size match, check outdoor temperature |
| Water leaking inside | Unit not tilted properly, drain holes blocked | Tilt unit slightly outward, clear drain holes of debris |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, improper installation | Tighten all screws, clear fan area, check installation |
| Unit vibrating excessively | Unlevel installation, loose mounting | Level the unit, tighten mounting brackets |
| Frozen coils | Dirty filter, low refrigerant, restricted airflow | Clean filter, contact service for refrigerant check, ensure proper airflow |
| Fan running but no cool air | Compressor issue, thermostat problem, refrigerant leak | Contact service center for diagnosis and repair |
Maintenance Schedule
- Weekly: Check and clean air filter if needed
- Monthly: Clean exterior surfaces and check for proper drainage
- Seasonally: Deep clean coils and check all seals before storage
- Annually: Professional inspection recommended for optimal performance
