Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Level
  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near an electrical outlet, with proper wall support and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  2. Prepare Window Opening: Measure and prepare the window opening according to the unit dimensions. Ensure the window can be securely closed around the unit.
  3. Install Mounting Brackets: Secure the mounting brackets to the window sill according to the provided instructions.
  4. Place Air Conditioner: Carefully place the air conditioner unit onto the mounting brackets, ensuring it's level and secure.
  5. Seal Gaps: Use the provided foam seals to close any gaps between the unit and window frame to prevent air leaks.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz, dedicated circuit outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  7. Test Operation: Turn on the air conditioner and test all functions including cooling, fan, and thermostat settings.
