Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Drill with bits
  • Tape measure
  • Level
  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet with proper ventilation and away from direct sunlight.
  2. Window Installation Preparation: For window units, measure window opening and prepare mounting bracket according to manual instructions.
  3. Install Mounting Bracket: Secure bracket to windowsill or wall using provided screws and anchors.
  4. Place Air Conditioner: Carefully place the unit on the bracket or floor, ensuring it's level and stable.
  5. Connect Exhaust Hose: For portable models, attach exhaust hose to window vent kit securely.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  7. Seal Openings: Use weather stripping to seal any gaps around window installations.
  8. Test Operation: Turn on the air conditioner and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat.
Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure proper electrical grounding and follow all local building codes.

Troubleshooting
