Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Flaring tool set
- Tubing cutter
- Torque wrench
- Multimeter
- Level
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation on pipes.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply wiring according to local electrical codes. Connect communication cable between units.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean air filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation angle | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper installation slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten components, clean fan blades, check for ice formation |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in unit | Clean filters, run fan mode to dry unit, use cleaning spray |
