Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Tube cutter
- Level
- Drill with masonry bits
- Refrigerant scale
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) on a solid wall that can support the unit's weight.
- Install Wall Bracket: Securely mount the outdoor unit bracket using appropriate anchors for the wall type (concrete/brick/wood).
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65-80mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install the indoor unit mounting plate level on the wall, ensuring proper distance from ceiling and obstacles.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Flare copper pipes properly, connect to indoor unit first, then route through wall to outdoor unit.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Connect Drain Pipe: Install drain hose with continuous downward slope to ensure proper condensation drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump, then charge with the specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Run: Perform complete system test including cooling, heating, and all operational modes.

Ultra-quiet operation for nighttime use with reduced fan speed and compressor operation
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for refrigerant leaks |
| Water leakage | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all screws, clean fan blades, check mounting stability |
| Error codes displayed | Sensor failure, communication error, system malfunction | Refer to error code chart, contact service technician |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water | Clean filters and drain pan, use air purification mode |
Common Error Codes
- E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions, wait 3 minutes
- E1: Indoor PCB error - Power cycle unit, contact service if persists
- E3: High pressure error - Check outdoor unit ventilation, clean condenser
- E5: Overload protection - Reduce load, check power supply voltage
- E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
- U0: Refrigerant shortage - Check for leaks, proper refrigerant charge
- U4: Indoor/outdoor communication error - Check connection wiring
- H3: High pressure sensor error - Contact service technician
