Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with flare connections, ensuring proper insulation on pipes.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded power supply according to local electrical codes.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure complete drainage.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
  7. Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation and cooling/heating performance.
