Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool
  • Torque wrench
  • Multimeter

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) and solid wall structure for indoor unit.
  2. Install Mounting Plate: Securely mount the indoor unit bracket using appropriate wall anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope toward the outside for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation on pipes.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) and secure connections.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply to outdoor unit (220-240V, 50Hz) and communication wires between indoor and outdoor units.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 15 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause equipment damage, poor performance, or safety hazards.

Powerful Operation

Quick cooling and heating capabilities with powerful mode that reaches set temperature 30% faster than conventional models.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Econo Mode

Reduces energy consumption by optimizing compressor and fan operation while maintaining comfort

Powerful Mode

Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature adjustment when needed

Quiet Mode

Ultra-quiet operation for nighttime use or environments requiring minimal noise

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Fan Mode

Circulates air without cooling or heating, with multiple fan speed options

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope (1/100 minimum)
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, improper installation Tighten all fasteners, clear debris, check installation
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, distance too far Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, stay within 7 meters
Frozen indoor unit Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan malfunction Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, verify fan operation

Error Codes

  • U0: Refrigerant shortage - Check for leaks and charge properly
  • U2: Low voltage - Check power supply and connections
  • U4: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • H3: High pressure protection - Clean outdoor unit, check fan
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Replace sensor
  • P1: Indoor fan malfunction - Check fan motor and blades
  • E5: Indoor coil sensor error - Replace sensor
