Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool
  • Multimeter and leak detector
  • Drill with hole saw attachment

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, vibration-free surface.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level using a spirit level.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable platform or mounting brackets with proper vibration isolation pads.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure pipes are properly insulated.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Connect communication cable between indoor and outdoor units.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause equipment damage, reduced efficiency, or safety hazards.

Air circulation only with 5 speed settings (Low, Medium, High, Auto, Powerful)

Auto Mode

Intelligent mode that automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature

Night Mode

Quiet operation with gradual temperature adjustment for undisturbed sleep

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not starting Power failure, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, ensure outdoor unit clearance
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, check installation angle, defrost unit
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting Tighten all screws, clean fan blades, check mounting stability
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor
Frequent cycling Dirty filters, thermostat location, incorrect sizing Clean filters, relocate thermostat if near heat source, verify unit capacity

Error Codes

  • U0: Refrigerant shortage - Check for leaks and charge properly
  • U2: Low voltage - Check power supply and wiring
  • U4: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor/outdoor units
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Replace sensor
  • E5: Indoor coil temperature error - Check sensor and coil
  • F3: Discharge pipe temperature error - Check compressor and piping
  • A3: Drain water level error - Check drain pump and piping
