Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Multimeter and leak detector
- Drill with hole saw attachment
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, vibration-free surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level using a spirit level.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable platform or mounting brackets with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure pipes are properly insulated.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Connect communication cable between indoor and outdoor units.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
