Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Controller won't turn on | Power issue, dead batteries, wiring fault | Check power supply, replace batteries, verify wiring connections |
| No response to commands | Signal interference, wrong mode, system error | Move closer to indoor unit, check mode setting, reset controller |
| Wi-Fi connection lost | Router issues, weak signal, incorrect settings | Restart router, check signal strength, reconfigure Wi-Fi settings |
| Incorrect temperature reading | Sensor placement, calibration needed, drafts | Relocate controller, recalibrate sensor, avoid draft areas |
| Display is dim or blank | Backlight setting, power saving mode, display fault | Adjust backlight settings, disable power save, check connections |
| Error code displayed | System fault, communication error, sensor failure | Note error code, consult manual, contact technician if persistent |
Common Error Codes
- E0: Communication error - Check wiring between controller and indoor unit
- E1: Indoor unit PCB error - Contact service technician
- E3: High pressure error - Check for blocked filters or outdoor unit issues
- E5: Low pressure error - Possible refrigerant leak or sensor fault
- E6: Compressor error - System overload or electrical issue
- EA: Room temperature sensor error - Check sensor connection
