Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, level surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to appropriate drainage point.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded power supply according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run system in cooling and heating modes to check for proper operation, temperature output, and drainage.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope (1/100 minimum) |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten mounting screws, clear debris, check for proper airflow |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure clear line of sight, check sensor |
