Before You Begin:

  • Ensure air conditioner power is ON
  • Check remote control battery compartment
  • Have model number of AC unit available
  • Clear line of sight to AC indoor unit

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Insert Batteries: Open battery compartment and insert two AAA batteries, observing correct polarity (+/-).
  2. Power On Remote: Press any button to activate remote. LED indicator should light briefly.
  3. Pair with AC Unit: Point remote at AC unit and press "ON/OFF" button. Unit should beep to confirm pairing.
  4. Set Current Time: Press "CLOCK" button and use arrow keys to set correct time, then press "SET".
  5. Test Functions: Test temperature adjustment, mode selection, and fan speed controls to ensure proper operation.
  6. Program Timer (Optional): Set ON/OFF timer for automated operation according to your schedule.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all functions respond correctly and remote operates from typical usage distance.
Important: Keep remote control away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Replace batteries when display dims or functions become unresponsive.

Troubleshooting
