Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
- Flaring tool set
- Tubing cutter
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Drill with hole saw
- Refrigerant scale
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) and solid wall structure for indoor unit.
- Install Wall Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Drill Refrigerant Pipe Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside to prevent water ingress.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure pipes are properly insulated.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with continuous downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper condensation drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not starting | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, remove obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, check for ice formation |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, refrigerant flow noise | Tighten mounting screws, clean fan blades, check refrigerant charge |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, stagnant water | Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window |
