Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter
- Level
- Drill with core bit
- Refrigerant scale
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm diameter hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation on pipes.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with continuous downward slope to proper drainage point.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables following local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified amount of R-32 refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote battery dead | Check power supply, reset breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain line, ensure proper downward slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten components, clean unit, check for ice formation |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
| Foul odors | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean filters and drain pan, run fan mode to dry |
