Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location for indoor and outdoor units considering airflow, drainage, and accessibility for maintenance.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install the indoor unit on a sturdy wall at least 2.2 meters above floor level, ensuring proper clearance from ceilings and walls.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a solid, level surface with adequate ventilation and minimal vibration transmission.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using proper brazing techniques and nitrogen purging.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded power supply according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump, then charge with refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through complete cooling and heating cycles to check for proper operation and leaks.

Key Features
Inverter Technology
Daikin's advanced inverter technology adjusts compressor speed to maintain desired temperature, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional systems.
Coanda Airflow
Intelligent airflow control spreads cool or warm air evenly throughout the room by following the ceiling surface, preventing direct drafts on occupants.
Flash Streamer Technology
Advanced air purification system that breaks down allergens, odors, and airborne contaminants, providing cleaner, healthier indoor air.
Quiet Operation
Specially designed components and sound-dampening materials ensure whisper-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a library.
Intelligent Eye
Motion sensor detects room occupancy and adjusts operation to save energy when the room is unoccupied, then resumes comfort settings when people return.
Powerful Operation
Quick cooling and heating capability reaches desired temperature rapidly, with powerful operation even in extreme outdoor conditions.
Operation Modes Explained
Cool Mode
Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature and fan speed settings
Heat Mode
Efficient heating operation with defrost cycle for winter conditions
Dry Mode
Dehumidification function that removes excess moisture without overcooling
Fan Mode
Air circulation only, without cooling or heating, with multiple fan speeds
Auto Mode
Intelligent mode that automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature
Night Mode
Quiet operation with gradual temperature adjustment for comfortable sleep
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak | Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact service technician |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten components, clear debris, check for proper operation |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, contact technician for refrigerant check |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
