Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet with proper ventilation and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Prepare Window Kit: For portable models, adjust window kit to fit your window dimensions securely.
- Install Exhaust Hose: Connect exhaust hose to unit and window kit, ensuring airtight connection to prevent hot air leakage.
- Position the Unit: Place unit on flat, stable surface with at least 50cm clearance on all sides for proper airflow.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz outlet. Use dedicated circuit for split systems.
- Check Drainage: Ensure condensate drain hose is properly routed for portable models or connected to drainage system for split units.
- Test Operation: Run the air conditioner through cooling and fan modes to check for proper operation and any unusual noises.
