Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump and manifold gauge
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Prepare Wall Opening: Measure and mark the wall for the installation hole according to the unit's dimensions.
- Install Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors and screws.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the indoor and outdoor unit refrigerant lines, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz, 15A circuit with proper grounding. Do not use an extension cord.
- Drainage Setup: Install the condensate drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to specifications.
- Test Operation: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper cooling, heating, and drainage.
