Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Tape measure
- Electrical tester
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper structural support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Prepare Mounting Surface: Ensure the wall or window frame is strong enough to support the unit's weight.
- Install Mounting Brackets: Secure mounting brackets according to measurements in the installation template.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 230V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Install Drainage System: Connect condensate drain hose with proper slope for water drainage.
- Mount the Unit: Carefully place the air conditioner on the mounting brackets and secure with provided screws.
- Seal Gaps: Use weather stripping to seal any gaps between the unit and installation opening.
- Test Operation: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation and cooling.

Operating Modes Explained
Cool Mode
Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature and fan speed settings
Heat Mode
Reverse cycle heating for year-round climate control (heat pump models only)
Dry Mode
Dehumidification function that removes excess moisture without overcooling the room
Fan Mode
Air circulation only without cooling or heating, with multiple fan speed options
Auto Mode
Intelligent mode that automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature
Sleep Mode
Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces noise for undisturbed sleep throughout the night
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't turn on | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling performance | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, low refrigerant, outdoor unit obstructed | Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for proper airflow, contact technician |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope, dirty filters | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope, clean filters regularly |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, compressor issues | Tighten mounting screws, clear debris from fans, contact service |
| Frozen coils | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow | Clean filters, check for obstructions, contact technician for refrigerant check |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure clear line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
