Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Small Phillips screwdriver
  • Battery (CR2032 typically)
  • Clean cloth
  • Optional: Mounting bracket kit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert the CR2032 battery with correct polarity.
  2. Remote Pairing: Point the remote at the air conditioner unit and press the power button to establish connection.
  3. Mounting Options: Choose between handheld use or wall mounting using the optional bracket kit.
  4. Wall Mounting: If using wall mount, secure the bracket to the wall using appropriate screws for your wall type.
  5. Remote Placement: Ensure the remote is placed within 7 meters of the air conditioner unit with clear line of sight.
  6. Initial Setup: Set the current time and date using the settings menu for timer functions to work properly.
  7. Test Operation: Test all basic functions including temperature control, fan speed, and mode selection.
Warning: Keep remote control away from water and extreme temperatures. Replace batteries when display becomes dim.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
