Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blank display | Power loss, dead batteries, tripped breaker | Check power source, replace batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| System not responding | Incorrect wiring, blown fuse, system lockout | Verify wiring connections, check system fuse, wait for lockout reset |
| Temperature inaccurate | Poor location, direct sunlight, drafts | Relocate thermostat away from heat sources and drafts |
| Wi-Fi connection lost | Router issues, weak signal, incorrect credentials | Restart router, check signal strength, re-enter Wi-Fi password |
| Short cycling | Incorrect settings, dirty filter, oversized unit | Adjust temperature differential, clean/replace filter, consult technician |
| Fan runs continuously | Fan setting on "ON", wiring issue, control board fault | Change fan setting to "AUTO", check G wire connection, contact service |
