Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling and walls) on a solid wall that can support the unit's weight.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall using provided screws and anchors. Ensure unit is level.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance (minimum 30cm on all sides).
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units. Ensure all connections are tight and properly insulated.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with a downward slope to ensure proper drainage. Use insulation on drain pipe in cold areas.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz power supply. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then release refrigerant charge.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, remove obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope of drain hose |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibrating pipes | Tighten all fasteners, clean fan blades, secure refrigerant pipes |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
