Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Phillips screwdriver
- Level
- Drill with masonry bits
- Tape measure
- Wire strippers
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with proper clearance for airflow.
- Mount the Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect the refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power and communication cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Pressure Test: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines and perform pressure test to check for leaks.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Hang indoor unit on mounting bracket and secure properly.
- Test Operation: Power on the system and test all functions including cooling, heating, and fan modes.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, remove obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten mounting screws, clean fan blades, check for ice formation |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window |
| Foul odor | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean filters and drain pan, run fan mode to dry unit |
