Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, on a solid wall.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable surface with proper vibration isolation pads and adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation, cooling, and heating performance.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, timer set | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, check timer settings |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Drain pipe clogged, unit not level, frozen evaporator | Clear drain pipe, level the unit, check for ice buildup |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, refrigerant flow noise | Tighten mounting screws, clear debris, normal operation sound |
| Foul odor | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean filters, use anti-bacterial treatment, clean drain pan |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal blocked, remote damaged | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote |
