Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Torque wrench
- Multimeter
- Level
- Drill with hole saw
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to a solid wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and avoiding sharp bends.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose with a continuous downward slope to ensure proper water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system to 500 microns and charge with the specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Key Features
Inverter Technology
Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating capacity to match room conditions, providing consistent comfort while reducing energy consumption by up to 30%.
3D Airflow
Vertical and horizontal louvers operate independently to distribute air evenly throughout the room, eliminating hot/cold spots and ensuring uniform comfort.
Plasma Quad Filter
Four-stage filtration system removes dust, pollen, odors, and bacteria while deactivating viruses and mold spores for cleaner, healthier indoor air.
Wi-Fi Control
Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote control via smartphone app, enabling scheduling, energy monitoring, and control from anywhere with internet access.
Eco Mode
Intelligent energy-saving mode optimizes operation to maintain comfort while minimizing power consumption during extended use.
Quiet Operation
Specialized fan design and sound-dampening materials provide ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a whisper.
Operating Modes Explained
Cool Mode
Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature and fan speed settings
Heat Mode
Heating operation with automatic defrost cycle for winter use
Dry Mode
Dehumidification function that removes excess moisture without overcooling
Fan Mode
Air circulation only without cooling or heating
Auto Mode
Automatically selects cooling or heating based on room temperature
Sleep Mode
Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for comfortable sleeping
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power failure, circuit breaker tripped, remote battery dead | Check power supply, reset breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak | Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact technician for leak check |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten mounting, clear debris, check for proper operation |
| Remote not working | Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window |
| Unit turns on/off frequently | Thermostat issue, dirty filters, incorrect sizing | Clean filters, check thermostat setting, verify proper capacity |
