Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from walls and ceiling) on a solid, level surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level platform with proper ventilation and drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz power supply with dedicated circuit breaker.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation, cooling/heating performance, and drainage.
