Split System Air Conditioner

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location for both indoor and outdoor units with proper clearance and accessibility.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install the mounting plate on a sturdy wall, ensuring it's level and secure.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place the outdoor unit on a solid, level surface with proper ventilation and drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect the copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz, AC only outlet with dedicated circuit.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from the system using a vacuum pump, then charge with refrigerant.
  7. Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation and cooling performance.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified HVAC technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
