Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool
- Level
- Drill with masonry bits
- Pipe cutter
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and solid mounting surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using proper flaring techniques and torque specifications.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Drainage Setup: Install drain hose with proper slope (minimum 1% gradient) to ensure water drainage.
- Test Run: Perform complete system test including cooling, heating, and all fan speeds.
