Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the indoor unit bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a hole through the wall for refrigerant piping, drain hose, and electrical wiring with a slight downward slope for drainage.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper vibration pads and adequate clearance for airflow and maintenance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with refrigerant piping, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure complete water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz, dedicated circuit with appropriate circuit breaker.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper cooling, heating, and drainage operation.
