Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, level surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance (minimum 50cm all sides).
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using proper flare connections.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with downward slope to proper drainage location.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded power supply according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system with vacuum pump and charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run air conditioner through complete cycle to check cooling, heating, and drainage operation.
