Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Air conditioner won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, ensure proper clearance, set appropriate temperature
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope of drain hose
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, improper installation Tighten all screws, clean fan blades, check installation
Frozen indoor unit Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor
Remote control not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window
