Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Small screwdriver
  • Fresh batteries (AAA x 2)
  • Clean cloth

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote using a small screwdriver.
  2. Insert Batteries: Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated in the compartment.
  3. Close Compartment: Securely close the battery compartment cover.
  4. Remote Pairing: Point the remote at your LG air conditioner and press the power button to establish connection.
  5. Test Functions: Test all major functions including temperature adjustment, mode selection, and fan speed control.
  6. Remote Placement: Place the remote in a location with clear line of sight to the air conditioner unit.
  7. Initial Setup: Set your preferred default settings including temperature, mode, and timer functions.
Warning: Do not mix old and new batteries. Remove batteries if the remote will not be used for an extended period.

Troubleshooting
