Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 50cm from walls) and solid mounting surface for outdoor unit.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level and securely fastened to wall studs.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on suction line.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper voltage (220-240V, 50/60Hz). Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run system in cooling and heating modes to check for proper operation, leaks, and temperature performance.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean filters, check for refrigerant leak, clear obstructions around units |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten mounting screws, clear debris, check installation stability |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote sensor |
