Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Refrigeration manifold gauge set

Step-by-Step Installation
- Site Selection: Choose appropriate location for outdoor unit with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls). Ensure indoor unit location allows for proper ductwork routing.
- Mounting: Install outdoor unit on level concrete pad or mounting brackets. Secure indoor unit in designated space with proper support.
- Ductwork Installation: Install insulated ductwork according to layout plan. Ensure proper sealing at all joints to prevent air leakage.
- Refrigerant Piping: Connect refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units. Use nitrogen purge while brazing to prevent oxidation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply according to local electrical codes. Install dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
- Control Wiring: Connect thermostat and zone control wiring. Ensure proper communication between all system components.
- System Evacuation: Evacuate system to 500 microns or less using vacuum pump. Hold vacuum for minimum 30 minutes.
- Charging: Charge system with specified refrigerant type and quantity. Check for leaks using electronic leak detector.
- Commissioning: Start system and verify all functions. Check temperature differentials and airflow at all registers.
