Wall Mounted Unit

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads and adequate clearance for airflow.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly rated electrical supply with dedicated circuit breaker. Follow local electrical codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation can cause injury, damage, or void warranty.
