Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads and adequate clearance for airflow.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly rated electrical supply with dedicated circuit breaker. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
