Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Adjustable wrench
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Tape measure
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall with proper clearance from obstructions, at least 15cm from ceiling and 100cm from corners.
- Mount Installation Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a hole through the wall for refrigerant piping, drain hose, and electrical connections.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with flare connections, ensuring proper insulation on pipes.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose with a downward slope to ensure proper drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
