High Efficiency Cooling & Heating

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall with proper clearance from obstacles and good air circulation.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable surface with proper vibration isolation and adequate ventilation.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Test cooling and heating functions, check for leaks, and verify proper drainage.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a certified HVAC technician. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.
