Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Vacuum pump and manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from heat sources, and with adequate clearance for airflow.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a hole through the wall for refrigerant piping, drain hose, and electrical wiring with proper slope for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump and charge with refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications.
  7. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a certified HVAC technician to ensure proper operation, safety, and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
